• Profile Information: Your role (coach, parent, family member), phone number, and team affiliations.
• Team Data: Team names, player names, jersey numbers, and roster information.
• Contact Information: Parent/guardian contact details including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and addresses that coaches add for team communication.
• Game Statistics: Player performance data, game scores, and statistical records.
• Communications: Messages sent through our team messaging features.
• Event Information: Practice schedules, game schedules, and team events.

Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: Device type, operating system, and browser type.
• Usage Data: How you interact with our Service, features used, and time spent.
• Log Data: IP address, access times, and referring URLs.

Scout Pro is designed to help coaches and parents manage youth sports teams. We take children's privacy seriously.

• We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
• Player information (names, jersey numbers, statistics) is entered by coaches or parents, not by the children themselves.
• We do not display player contact information or personal details publicly.
• Parents and guardians can request to view, modify, or delete their child's information by contacting the team coach or us directly.

If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13 without proper consent, please contact us immediately.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
